Our Commitment

At Nadurra Naturals, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To assist you quickly, please email us at sales@nadurranaturals.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue


Returns

We only accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

  1. Email sales@nadurranaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
